Some exciting things happening this year, and some promotions you won't want to miss out on!

It's that time of year again! Due to turnaround times and Christmas schedules, all payments and quote submissions for new pages MUST be completed before December 8th, 2008. This will allow for completion of your page by December 19th, as we are unavailable afterwards. No projects will begin after December 9th. Projects will resume after Jan 2nd.

BandSpaces has decided to offer standard Myspace header images custom designed to your liking.

A header image is a graphic that appears above your content and profile, and can make any Myspace profile instantly more professional looking if done right! These custom graphics are a great way for a band or company on a smaller budget to get a mini-facelift.

Myspace Canada released the alpha version of Profile 2.0 recently. If you are a Canadian and have a BandSpaces profile, it is best not to switch to the 2.0 option because your current layout will not work. Profile 2.0 is still in Alpha stages, which means they are still testing it out and it will be a while before a stable working release is available to everyone. If you do switch over, Myspace saves a copy of your current profile, so you are able to switch back to the regular version one within 90 days.

There is currently no estimate on when the full version 2.0 will be completed, however when it is, it will allow us to customize your profiles even further! The new release will be an asset to BandSpaces profile designers and currently the possibilities appear endless!

We've recently completed music profiles for The Unit, Kingsfoil, and The Fast Romantics as well as a custom company profile for Hooters! Check out their designs and stay tuned for even more!

We spent hours on a fix for the new Myspace player problem, but it has been found and all existing clients should have received an email from us explaining how to do it.

Yet another reason why you should trust BandSpaces! -- we pride ourselves on our technical knowledge and support! Our clients are the reason we are still around, so we do our best to keep you happy!

As you may be aware, Myspace released their brand new band music player today which will allow users to add artist's songs to a playlist for playback on a new media player. You can read about this change here and find out what's to come with Myspace Music!

This change has caused some misalignment issues on some of our profiles, to which we have been working on a fix. Please do not email us about this, as we are fully aware and working hard to get things back to normal. Existing clients will be sent an email once complete.

Long time clients and friends of BandSpaces, Shine Drums recently had their version 2 profile go live. In addition to finishing off that one, a page for Cure International was built, as well as Hats.com's official myspace design. We've got more exciting pages in development, so check back!
